My current biodesign research explores vegan biodegradable bioplastics and foams from industrial and household food waste with diverse possible applications within product design, interiors and fashion.  My vegan biodegradable tableware is currently on display at the  London Design Museum  and the materials can be found in several material libraries in Europe.
